The 5 reasons being lazy


1. Fear of Failure:
(atychiphobia) is when we allow that fear to stop us doing the things that can move us forward to achieve our goals.

2. Avoidance:
The action of keeping away from or not doing something.(waiting till the deadline).
But most of us don’t avoid screen time, facebook, chatting, junk food, fun activities…

3. Time wasters:
An activity or person who either consciously or unconsciously tries to engage you in a fruitless investment of your energy, time, money or attention

4. Excuses:
A reason or explanation put forward to defend or justify a fault or offense.

5. Postponement:
The action of postponing something
ex: learning, eating, exercising, studying, breakfast, sleep, taking shower…


First thing's first, don’t postpone!!!
