Victoria Beckham shortens hair for better sex

Image
Victoria Beckham (David Beckham's wife) had her hair cut short because her extensions kept falling out during sex. The former Spice Girl recently had her long locks chopped down to a bob, sparking a new style craze among women. Now Victoria has revealed that she decided on the drastic change because she started to notice that clumps of hair were falling out during her romps with footballer husband David. In an interview with British breakfast TV show GMTV, she said, “I was in the heat of passion and my hair extensions would come out, it was so embarrassing.” Victoria, 32, also admitted that she idolised her husband and insisted she would “do absolutely anything for him”. The brunette beauty added, “I’m lucky to have him. He’s a wonderful husband and he is great with the kids. He is obviously very handsome and genuinely a really wonderful person.” And Victoria has confirmed she desperately wants a baby girl, but isn’t trying right now. “I’d love to have a lit tle girl in the futur

Survey says Indian men worst in bed

They might be from the land of the Kamasutra, but Indian men last the least time in bed, from foreplay to the climax. This is one of the highlights of a global survey of more than 40,000 men in 43 countries on their sexual habits. According to the survey unveiled by Men’s Health, the world’s largest men’s lifestyle magazine, South Korean men had sex the most number of times per week: 4.50. This figure was 3.27 for Indian men, although it is better than the world average of 2.08. The magazine has carried the survey findings in a special report “World’s Best Sex Right Here In India” in its November issue. The number of partners for the average man in his lifetime was 4.53 in India — well below the global average of 7.65 and much below the Brazilian score of 11.37. Polish men are most faithful. Sixtythree per cent of them said they had never cheated with another woman. The percentage for India was 48, just below the global average of 50 per cent. Compared to the worldwide average of 59 pe

SHAH RUKH KHAN AS VILLAIN IN DHOOM 3

Image
Dhoom 2 is out next month but the latest buzz around in tinsel town is on the third part of the successful movie. 'Dhoom 3'! The big coup is that the film will star Shah Rukh Khan in the negative role that has been essayed by John Abraham in 'Dhoom' and Hrithik Roshan in 'Dhoom 2'. Could this rumour have started after Shah Rukh's 'negative' shade in last week's release 'Don'? Anyway, while King Khan will play the villain, Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra will be on the opposite side of the fence, playing the cop and his sidekick in the third part too. There's also reports suggesting Priyanka Chopra being paired with John Abraham for the trilogy. Aditya Chopra (producer) has begun working on the script of 'Dhoom 3'. Chopra is reportedly so impressed by the way 'Dhoom 2' has shaped up that he has watched the movie more than a dozen times.

8 HEALTH TIPS - The Basics to practice everyday

TIP 1 Move More Make it a daily challenge to find ways to move your body. Climb stairs if given a choice between that and escalators or elevators. Walk your dog; chase your kids; toss balls with friends, mow the lawn. Anything that moves your limbs is not only a fitness tool, it's a stress buster. Think 'move' in small increments of time. It doesn't have to be an hour in the gym or a 45minute aerobic dance class or tai chi or kickboxing. But that's great when you're up to it. Meanwhile, move more. Thought for the day: Cha, Cha, Cha…. Then do it! 2 Cut Fat Avoid the obvious such as fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats (i.e. pork, bacon, ham, salami, ribs and sausage). Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream should be eaten in low fat versions. Nuts and sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited amounts. Most are available in lower fat versions such as substitute butter, fat free cheeses and

ANCIENT CURES - Heart on Vedic diet beats smoothly

Eating a Vedic diet of fresh uncooked vegetables and raw sprouts will stabilise the heart and prevent possibly fatal arrhythmia. In a study at the Russian Medical Academy , rats were fed on three diets mentioned in ancient Indian texts. Rats fed with vegetables, grains, sprouts, minimum oil and raw foods showed rhythmic heart beat. The study, conducted by Dr P Ravi Shankar and others, showed that cells of the same tissue would exist with different resting potential depending on the diet. Seventy five male Wistar rats were used in the study, divided into five groups of 15 each. Three groups were fed with diets referred to in the ancient Indian scriptures. The other two were control groups. The researchers used the action potentials in the heart muscle as a reference parameter. The average resting potential was about minus-84.5 millivolts. At the end of the study, the rats were killed and action potentials mea sured from their intact hearts. The values of action potentials in the rats fed

Mega Deal - With reported $7.6 million, Hrithik Roshan is Bollywood’s highest paid star

Image
Actor Hrithik Roshan has gone beyond any actor’s pricing after signing a deal with Adlabs, a Reliance-Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group company , at a reported price of a whopping Rs. 350 million ($7.6 million). Adlabs Film Ltd. has apparently signed the ‘Krrish’ star for a three-film deal. While Roshan’s father Rakesh Roshan says “negotiations are on,” other reliable sources say the deal has been signed, sealed and delivered. The deal makes him the highest-paid star in Bollywood, outpricing every other actor, including Aamir Khan , who was reportedly paid Rs. 70 million ($1.5 million) for supethit film ‘Rang De Basanti.’ Roshan’s reported price would change the entire pricing system in Bollywood, spiralling star fees out of control. A famous filmmaker, who wanted to be anonymous, said: “If true, this is a very unhealthy development. Hrithik is no doubt a fabulous hard-working actor. But star prices have constantly been the bane of Bollywood. Often more than 65 percent of the budget for a f
